If there are any claims for misprinted/ damaged/ defective items, they must be submitted within four weeks of receiving the item. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later that 4 weeks after the estimated shipping date. We’re sorry if we made any mistakes. If there are any errors on our part, we’ll cover them for free.

The return address is set by default to the Needle Ninja office. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed items – If an item goes unclaimed, we’ll return it to our facility and you’ll be liable for the cost associated with shipping it back to you or your end customer.
Buyer’s remorse – Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. To remain operational with a sustainable and waste free policy, all products sold are made specifically to order on demand. We strive to provide as much information as possible including sizing and colour guides to assist you in making a clear and informed decision. Should you have any questions regarding any item, then don’t hesitate to reach out and ask!
If you live in Brazil and want to return an item, you need to contact our customer service team within fourteen days of receiving it, providing a photo of the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If a return request is submitted, the product will be evaluated to verify whether it was used or destroyed, regardless of its condition. Refunds are not possible in these cases.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore Needle Ninja reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
